Interfaith Council of the Northshire

The Dorset Church is a member of the Interfaith Council of the Northshire (IFC).  The IFC sponsors local efforts to help those in need.  Those programs include Neighbor to Neighbor, the Holiday Project, the Emergency Needs Funds, and Auto Angels.  Please call 802-362-1516 ext 1 for Bill Drunsic.

Neighbor to Neighbor

Neighbor to Neighbor is a program sponsored by the Interfaith Council of the Northshire (IFC).  Their mission is to assist seniors in living independently by providing no-cost volunteer services that help nurture relationships.  To be redirect to the Neighbor to Neighbor website click HERE.

Community Food Cupboard

Located in Manchester, Vermont, the mission of the Community Food Cupboard is to ensure that everyone in our community has access to nutritious food and resources that will help them to achieve their potential. We do this by forming local partnerships, working to ensure the sustainability of our food system, and advocating to strengthen the social safety net for low-income families.

AA normally meets at the Dorset Church on Monday evenings at 8 pm.

BCOA Bennington County Open Arms

BCOA helps Afghan refugees integrate in American Society. We raise the money to support them in everything they need and finding housing, stipends for food, clothing, pro bono attorneys, and medical care. We help them offers transportation, English instruction, help finding volunteer opportunities, and social activities.
